More Info and Up-date
Nov 1, 2006
Once again, I felt like updating this thing by saying... 18 more days till Zelda (cheers) as well as saying:
Unfortunatly I won't be getting Wii until Christmas, because--bluntly put--It's going to be sold out on launch day (should of pre-ordered...) That doesn't mean this can stop you from camping out, by all means, if it'll get you the game, do it! However, I shall be getting Twilight Princess on launch (sounds stupid, but I'll be guaranteed to read the MANUAL) Huraah!

Zelda News: Link... the righty?
Sep 14, 2006.
According to IGN and apparently some new footage and/or screens, the Wii version of TP will feature a right-handed Link, because most people are right-handed and you will be controlling sword swings by swinging the remote. I'm holding out hope that you'll be able to choose between a right and left handed Link, but... it's probably a futile hope.
Nintendo News: Wii details.

Zelda freak made a start, telling us the price and release date... but that barely scratches the surface. Nintendo's been having fun with it's press conferences today and yesterday, heh.

Update on Aug 21 2006
-Instead of pressing a button, you will now swing the sword by actually swinging the Wii-mote.
-Now that the B button is free, Nintendo is using that - instead of the D-pad - for firing arrows.
